CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC TO ANNEX CERTAIN LANDS CON-
TIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described tracts of land
are contiguous to the present boundaries of the City of
Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, said tracts of land contain less than
ten registered voters, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said tracts of land has
petitioned the City of Tamarac to integrate said lands
into said City, and
WHEREAS the City of Tamarac is empowered to annex
said lands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
SECTION 1: The Council hereby declares its inten-
tion to annex to the City, upon the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the approval of this Ordinance, those lands
legally described on Exhibits A and B attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: That the petitioner as aforementioned,
shall provide to the City the necessary funds for the
required publication of this Ordinance prior to its final
approval.

All of Tracts 11 and 12 and the North 5 feet of Tracts 13, 14 and
15, of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION of Section 12,
Township 49 South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page
31, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
AND also;
All that part of Tract 10 of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION
of Section 12, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records' of Broward County, Florida,
lying West of and adjacent to the platted West Boundary of POMPANO
PARK SECTION 3, as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 20, all in the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
AND also that portion of Tract 10 of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS
SUBDIVISION described as follows;
BEGINNING at the S. W. corner of said Tract 10; thence North 10
03' West along the West line of said Tract 10, a distance of
163.76 feet; thence due East a distance of 165.83 feet; thence due
South a distance of 163.73 feet to a point on the South line of
said Tract 10; thence South 890 59' 49" West along the said South
j line a distance of 162.83 feet to the Point of Beginning.

A portion of Sections 4 and 5, Township 49 South, Range 41 East,
Broward County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 5; thence
N-00 10' 05" -- W, along the East line of said Section 5, a
distance of 3245.93 feet; thence West, a distance of 492.08
feet to the Point of Beginning of this description; :thence
continuing West, a distance of 1114.96 feet to a Point of
Curve; thence Westerly and Northerly, along the arc of a cir-
cular curve to the right, having a radius of 25 feet, an arc
distance of 33.42 feet to a Point of Compound Curve; thence
continuing Northerly, along the arc of a circular curve to
the right, having a radius of 2000 feet, an arc distance of
635.2 feet; thence East, a distance of1015.46 feet to an
intersection with the arc of a circular curve to the right,
havii a radius of 540 feet; thence Easterly, along the arc
of s,id curve, whose radius point bears S-660 16' 10" - F,
from the last described point, an arc distance of ,26617.38
feet to the Point of Beginning.
