ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 9 and 18 OF ORDI-
NANCE NO. 70--32; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
City Council that in the repair and/or replacement of existing
lawns certain repairs and replacements can be done by seeding,

WHEREAS, such repair and/or replacement would be
inconsistent with Section 9 of Ordinance No. 70-32, and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the execution and passage
Ordinance No. 70-32 the contractor indicated in Section 18
thereof has severed relations with the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
cFrTrnN 1_ That Section 9 and Section 18 of Ordinance
No. 70-32 be and they are hereby repealed in their entirety.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this ordi-
nance or any portion hereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word
be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder
hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part
declared to be invalid.
