WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of the pro- perty described herein, and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the recommendation of the Zoning Commission of the City of Tamarac, and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No. 28-Z-73 by the City Council pursuant to the Charter, and WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission has recommended to the City Council that said zoning changes be approved after public hearing thereon.
