;LMENDMENT 15 TO THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
ARTICLE X1, SECTION 70 of the City Charter of the City of
Tamarac shall be amended to add thereto an unnumbered para-
graph at the end of the present section which shall read as
follows:
"No candidate's name in a primary or general election
shall be printed on the ballot who has notified the Election
Board in writing, under oath, not less than fourteen (14)
days before the election that he will not accept the nomin-
ation or the office for which he has filed qualification
papers."
