AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING SECTION 30 OF

AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND ,PROVIDING FOR VOTER

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF

Y Tamarac is hereby amended to read as follows:
„SECTION 30. MINUTES AND AGENDA
The Council shall cause the City Clerk to keep minutes
Of the meeting of the Council and shall present to the C
at each regular meeting the minutes from the Council
preceding regular
Council meeting and the minutes of any intervening special

on the minutes as the first item of business at each regular

SECTION 3: That the referendum on this Ordinance shall be
held at the general election in the City of Tamarac, 1973.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
