CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE RE -ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM B-1 TO R-4A; PROVIDING FOR
AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT
SUCH CHANGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of
the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in
accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public
hearing regarding the zoning of the property described herein, and
the said public hearing has been held in accordance with -the notice
and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been
heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request for
the zoning herein and has received the recommendation of the Zoning
Commission of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held by the City Council
pursuant to the Charter, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission has recommended to the City
Council that said zoning changes be approved after public hearing
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of
Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That those lands as shown on those certain legal
descriptions attached hereto and made a part hereof, identified as
Exhibit A, is hereby re -zoned from B-1 classification to R-4A
classification, subject to site plan approval.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Tamarac shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said
change to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with
the effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or part of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.

SUBDIVISION OF Section 8, Township 49 South, Range 41 East,
as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 8; thence
N-880 59' 10"-W, along the North line of said Section 8, a
distance of 2224.53 feet; thence S-lo 00'50"-W, a distance
of 53.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description;
thence continue S-lo 00' 50"-W, a distance of 428.55 feet;
thence N-880 59' 10"-W parallel with the North line of said
Section 8, a distance of 891.55 feet to the arc of a circular
curve to the left; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said
curve, having a radius of 760.00 feet, an arc distance of
266.02 feet to the Point of Tangency of said curve; thence
N-lo 00' 50" --E, a distance of 142.94 feet to the Point of
Curvature of a circular curve to the right; thence Northerly
and Easterly, along the arc of said curve, having a radius
of 25.00 feet, an arc distance of 39.27 feet, to the Point
of Tangency of said curve; thence S-880 59' 10" -E, along
a line parallel with and 53.00 feet South of, as measured
at right angles to, the North line, of said Section 8, a
