The carbonate content requirement may be reduced to a minimum of 50% if the subdivider can furnish the City Engineer with testing laboratory data indicating that the material to be used has a minimum LIMEROCK BEARING RATIO of 125% and will certify that all of the material to be used on the project in question will come from the same source as indicated by the test results. Test data and results will be accepted by the City Engineer only if the tests were conducted by a recognized testing Laboratory not more than thirty (30) days prior to submission for approval.
