CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR
ZONING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE RE -,ZONING OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-lB to R-4A; PROVIDING
FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT
SUCH CHANGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH
WHEREAS, there is a discrepancy in the legal description
of property described in Section 1 of Ordinance 73-79, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of changing the
legal description to correctly reflect the legal description
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 73-79 be deleted
and replaced with the following;
Section 1: Beginning at the intersection of the
North right-of-way line of Commercial Boulevard
with the East right-of-way line
of Rock Island
Road as the same now exists,
thence Northerly
along the East right--of-way line
of Rock Island
Road a distance of 1252 feet;
thence 900 Easterly,
a distance of 350 feet; thence
900 Southerly, a
distance of 1252 feet, to the
North right-of-way
line of Commercial Boulevard;
thence 900 Westerly
along the North right-of-way
line of Commercial
Boulevard, a distance of 350
feet, to the point of
beginning. Containing 10.14
acres, more or less.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
