CITY OF TAMARAC$ FLORIDA
ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 70-25
AND ORDINANCE NO. 70-30 OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS2 the City heretofore exercised dominion
and control over the sprinkler system in the City of
Tamarac' and
WHEREAS, the City Council has relinquished such
dominion and control and has thus lost jurisdiction
over them.
NOW, THEREFORE) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL
of the City of Tamarac, Florida:
.--. SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 70-25 and Ordinance
No. 70-30 of the City of Tamarac2 Florida2 be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect im-
mediately upon its final passage.
PASSED FIRST READING this day of 1972.
PASSED SECOND READING this day of 1973.
