AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 75-34
WHICH PROVIDED FOR THE AMENDMENT OF
SECTION 27-19 OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE
RELATING TO THE RESIDENTIAL SEWER CHARGE
FOR RESIDENTIAL UNITS CONTAINING ONE
BATH AND TWO BATHS; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A
SAVINGS CLAUSE, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
did make certain adjustments in the utility fund budget fiscal
year 1976 - 1977 which necessitate the amendment of the Tamarac
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Ordinance 75-34 which amended Section 27-19
(sub -paragraphs A thru E) of the Tamarac City Code is amended
to read as follows:
"Section 27-19. General. y.
Sewer charges for consumers receiving water
in the areas serviced by the City Sewerage Plant,
shall be pursuant to the following rates:
a) For residential unit containing
1 bath --------- $5.75 per month
b) For residential unit containing
2 baths -------- $5.75 per month."
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not effect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than
the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.

SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
