CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE N0. '% —
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 75-31,
SECTION B MISCELLANEOUS FEES; PARAGRAPH
8 a TOWERS AND POLES, BY ADDITION THERETO
CERTAIN LIMITING LANGUAGE; REPEALING ALL
LAWS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance 75-31, Section B,
paragraph 8(a) be and is hereby amended to read as follows:

50 feet high, inclusive
$24.00
51 to
75 feet high, inclusive
$30.00
76 to
100 feet high, inclusive

101 and over plus each additional
5 feet added $ 6.00
SECTION 2: All ordinances'or parts of
ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
