AN ORDINANCE PIENNDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM B-1 TO R-3; PROVIDING FOR ANEUiENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of the property described herein, and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the recormiendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac, and WHREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No. 21--Z-76 by tho City Council pursuant to the Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby rezoned from B-1 classification to R-3 classification. SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said change to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance. SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective ten,(10) days after its final passage,, and subject to the receipt and recordation of a covenant restricting residency to adults and a covenant restricting maximum building height to two (2) stories.
