CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. Z& `6
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZUNING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM I-1 TO R-3;
PROVIDING FOR ANENDNENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP TO I EFLECi' SUCH CRANGE ; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERF,'WITL
`WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the
City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with
the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the
zoning of the property described herein, and the said public hearing has
been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an
opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and
investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the
recannendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No. 22-Z-76
� by the City Council pursuant to the Charter.
NOW, THE =TORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'I13E CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That those lands described in Exhibit "A attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby rezoned from I-1 classification
to R 3 classification.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said change to be
initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTICU 4: This Ordinance shall become effective 'ten- (13) days ._after
its final passage, and subject to the receipt and recordation of a covenant
restricting residency to adults and a covenant restricting maximum building
height to two (2) stories.

Broward County, Florida; more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 6; thence S 00006' 44" E,
along the East line of said Section 6, a distance of 1283.20 feet; thence
S 890 53' 16" W, a distance of 527.53 feet to the Point of Beginning of this
Description; thence S W 54' 28" E, a distance of 404.52 feet to an inter-
section with the arc of a circular curve to the left, having a radius of
2348.48 feet, an arc distance of 300.00 feet; thence N 61"32' 07" W, a
_. distance of 409.12 feet to an intersection with the are of a cir_wular curve
to the right, whose radius point bears S 53`36' 15" E, having a radius of
2753.00 feet, an arc distance of 417.86 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said
