CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

ORDINANCE NO. 7&- t 4-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDLNG PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM R-3LJ TO S-1;
PROVIDING FOR AMENDI ETr OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANCE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN OC1LVFiICT HEREWITH.
1VHEREAS, pursuant to the Instruction of the City Council of the
City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with
the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the
zoning of the property described herein, and the said public hearing has
been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an
opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and
investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the
recommendation of the Planning Cam-ission of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No. 30-Z-76
by the City Council pursuant to the Charter.
NOW, 7UREFORE, HE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby rezoned from R-3U classification
to S-1 classification.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said change to be
initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date
of this Ordinance.
SECTICN 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective ten.. (10.__. vs after
its final passage, and subject to receipt and recordation of a covenant
limiting the use of this tract to a golf course and the receipt and recorda-
tion of a road easement for access to the tract.

DESCRIPTION: PROPOSED GOLF COURSE PORTION OF TRACT 47
A portion of Tracts 4 and 5 of FORT LMMERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION of
Section 4, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31,
of the Public Records of Brxrraard County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows.
Co=encing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence N 00010' 05" W,
along the West line of said Section 4, a distance of 6510.86 feet; thence
N 27"00' 00" E, a distance of 66.82 feet to a point; said point being further
described as being on the arc of a circular curve to the left; thence Southerly
and Easterly along the arc of said curve, having a radius of 100.00 feet and
whose radius point bears S 63*00' 00" E, from the last described point; an arc
distance of 148.79 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence
S 73014' 25" E, a distance'of 723.74 feet to an intersection with the arc of a
circular curve to -.the left; thence Westerly and Southerly along the arc of said
curve, having a radius of 100.00 feet, and whose radius point bears S 1.71145' 34" W,
from the last described point, an arc distance of 151.48 feet to the Point of
Tangency; thence S 19°57' 57" W, a distance of 150.00 feet to the Point of„
Cur-,rature of a circular curve to the left; thence Southerly and Easterly along the

Florida.
