CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE P21ENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM R 1C TO R-3U;
PROVIDING FOR AMEiNaTNT OF THE OFFICIAL ZOa'NING
MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANCE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT 100VITH.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the
City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with
the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the
zoning of the property described herein, and the said public hearing has
been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an
opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and
investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the
recommendation of the Planning Comnission of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No. 39-Z--76
by the City Council pursuant to the Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TMVMC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby rezoned from R-lC classification
to R-3U classification.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said change to be
initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective hare-diately upon
its final passage.

A portion of Section 6, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, Broward County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 6, thence S 01626' 37" W
a distance of 423.36 feet; thence S 88633' 23" E, a distance of 483.03 feet
to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence N 85°05' 05" E, a
distance of 522.38 feet; thence S 89*33136" E, a distance of 102.66 feet;
thence S 001126' 25" W, a distance of 521.00 feet to the Point of Curvature
of a circular curve to the left; thence Southerly, along the are of said
curve, having a radius of 1030.00 feet, an arc distance of 277.87 feet to
a Point of Tangency; thence S 15001' 02" E, a distance of 412.00 feet to an
intersection with the arc of a circular curve to the left, whose radius
point- bears S 30"01' 13" E, from the last described point ; thence Westerly
and Southerly, along the arc of said curve, having a radius of 1240.00 feet,
an arc distance of 1266.84 feet to the Point of Tangency; thence S 01*26' 37"
W, a distance of 378.79 feet; thence N 88033' 23" W, a distance of 380.00 feet;
thence N Or 26' 37" W, parallel with and 300.00 feet East of, as measured at
right angles to the West line of said Section 6, a distance of 1895.02 feet;
thence N 06'47' 57" E, a distance of 538.93 feet to the Point of Curvature of
a circular curve to the right; thence Northerly and Easterly, along the arc
of said curve, having a radius of 150.00 feet, an arc distance of 204.95 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
Said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
Containing 38.74 Acres, more or less.
