CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 5
AN ORDINANCE MIENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM R-1C TO R-3U;
PROVIDING FOR A1VlENDNENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANCE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONEFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the
City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with
the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the
zoning of the property described herein, and the said public hearing has
been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an
opportunity to be, and has been, heard; and the Council has examined and
investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the
recommendation of the Planning Comnission of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition No. 41-Z-76
by the City Council pursuant to the Charter.
NOW, ARE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit 'W', attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby rezoned from R-lC classification
to R-3U classification.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
shall be changed to reflect this change of zoning, said change to be
initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTIW 4: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its final passage.

County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 6; thence S 89'00'56"
E, along the South line of said Section 6, a distance of 300.00 feet;
thence N 01' 14' 39" E, parallel with and 300.00 feet East of, as measured
at right angles to, the West line of said Section 6, a distance of 53.00
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 01014'39"E, along the

E, a distance of 282.70 feet to an intersection with the arc of a circular
curve to the left, whose radius point bears N 7eO 3'23° E, from the
last described point; thence Southerly and Easterly, along the arc of
said curve, having a radius of 1240.00 feet, an arc distance of 413.20
feet to the Point of Tangency;.thence S 31002110" E, a distance of 591.77
feet to the Point of Curvature of a circular curve to the right; thence
Easterly and Southerly, along the arc of said curve, having a radius of

parallel with and 445.70 feet North of, as measured at right angles to
the South line of said Section 6, a distance of 551.42 feet; thence
