CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 76--59
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA BY AMENDING
SECTION 6 3(a) and (b), ALARM USER PERMIT
FEE, AND DELETING SECTION 6 3(c) AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac finds
that User Permit fees and penalties have not been established
and that as a result thereof an emergency exists which requires
the adoption of this Ordinance as an emergency.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 6 3(a) is hereby amended
to read as follows:
113. Alarm User Permit Fee"
(a) There shall be a $20.00 user permit fee for
the first year. For failure to obtain a user permit
a $20.00 penalty shall be assessed making a total
amount due of $40.00.
SECTION 2: That Section 6 3(b) is hereby amended
to read as follows:
(b) There shall be an annual renewal user
fee of $20.00.
SECTION 3: That Section 6 3(c) is hereby deleted
from this ordinance.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage and dispensing with the requirements
for a second reading hereof.
