CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.(�,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-199
OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE; PROVIDING
FOR A PROCESSING FEE AND REASONABLE
FEE FOR PUBLICATION; REPEALING ALL
LAWS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida has deemed it appropriate to provide a fee for processing
special exception applications and to provide a reasonable fee to
cover the costs of publication incident thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Section 28-199 of the Tamarac City Code
is hereby amended as follows:

(e) Fee For Processing Ap2lications; Reasonable Fee
To Cover the Costs of Publication:
All applications for approval of a special exception
shall be accompanied by a fee of $250.00 to cover all costs in processing
such applications. In addition, the applicant shall be responsible for
the reasonable costs of publication in connection with said applications
for special exception.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances and all sec-
tions of the Tamarac City Code or parts thereof in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: Should any section of this ordinance or any
portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not effect
the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof
other than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 4: This ordinance becomes effective imrediately
upon its final passage.
