CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 76--6
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 75-31, BY
INCLUDING A NEW SECTION THEREIN ENTITLED
"EXCAVATION PITS"; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE REPEALING ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of THE CITY of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 75-31 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION B: MISCELLANEOUS FEES
1. Excavations (land, canal, or lakes) fill or earth
moving:
(a) 500 cubic yards or less minimum $50.00
*(b) 501 cubic yards or more 30 of cost of job
*Sworn affidavit of cost shall be
required *Upon application
for Certificate
of Occupancy.
*An itemized unit cost certified
by permittee's certified public
accountant shall be required.
1.1 Excavation Pits
(a) Original permits $500.00
,(b) Annual renewal $300.00
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared
by a Court of compebent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or
any part hereof other than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, as of the effective
date of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective immediately.
upon its final passage.
