PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN READ

ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 77th STREET - 400 FEET
EAST OF UNIVERSITY DRTVE,EXTENDING 396 F =
EASTWARD.)
PROVIDING FOR Al,NII OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANCE; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE ]GATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of
the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with
the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning
of the property described herein and the said public hearing has been held in
accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be,
and has been heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request.
for the zoning herein and has received the recom endatian of the Planning Cmmi-
ission of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 4- Z -
the City Council, pursuant to the Charter.
NC I , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDUMD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from ,B -/ -Fo R 3 U-
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
shall be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed by the
Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any
portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of cony
petent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared tc
be invalid.

of Section 3, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Tract 13; thence
north 00° 13' 57" west, along the east line of said Tract 13, a
distance of 738.73 feet; thence north 88*32' 53" west, parallel
with the south line of said Tract 13, a distance of 469.56 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continue north 88°32' 53" west. a
