GROSS FLOOR AREA OF BUILDINGS WHICH MAY BE DEVOTED
TO ACCESSORY USES; AMENDING SECTION 28-171.011 OF
THE CITY CODE PERTAINING TO PERMITTED USES WITHIN A
B-6 ZONING DISTRICT TO REFLECT THE INCREASED PER-
MITTED TYPES OF USES IN THIS DISTRICT; AMENDING SEC-
TION 28-171.012 BY MODIFYING OUTSIDE ADVERTISING
REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIMARY USES IN B-6 DISTRICTS; AND
BY INCREASING THE MAXIMUM GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE
BUILDING WHICH MAY BE DEVOTED TO ACCESSORY USES; PRO-
VIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
