Ord. #1375 20 11 22 13 l# 17 OR E CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 0-88-_�_ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM RM-10 (PLANNED APARTMENTS) TO R-3U (ROW HOUSE), AS REQUESTED BY STUART FEINER TO REZONE LANDS ON THE EAST SIDE OF NW 88TH AVENUE, SOUTH OF COLONY WEST CLUBHOUSE, PETITION #38-2-87; PROVIDING., FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE: PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PRO- VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the rezoning of the property described herein and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac; and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition #38-Z-87 by the City Council, pursuant to the Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from RM-10 (Planned Apartments) to R-3U (Row House). SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect in the rezoning, said changes to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance. 1 11 It I 11 N R 16 Temp. Ord. #1375 SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinanes in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such con- flict. SECTION 4: Should any section of provision of this Ordin- ance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other that the part declared to be invalid.
