That those city -owned lands described in 30 Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from R-3U (Row House) to LI-1 (Light Industrial) 32 which will be utilized as the City of Tamarac Utilities/ 33 Public Works Complex on the west side of Nob Hill Road in 34 Land Section 7; Petition #4-Z-88. 35 SECTION _2, That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect in the rezoning, said changes to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinance. Ord. #13.Q S • All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. 5ECTION 4i Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent -jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
