A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
EXPAND CAFE CONTINENTAL RESTAURANT INTO ADJACENT
BAY 18 AT 3L46 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD IN 3
LAKES PLAZA, REQUESTED BY ALFRED L. COHEN;PETITION #23-Z-89 t AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of a special exception to expand Cafe
Continental Restaurant into adjacent Bay 18 at 3146 West
Commercial Boulevard in 3 Lakes PLaza, Tamaraci and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing thereon and has recommended approval of this
application; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views
concerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarae finds that
the petit.ion for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l-: That the petition for special exception to
expand Cafe Continental Restaurant into adjacent Bay 18 at
3146 West Commercial Boulevard in 3 Lakes Pt.aza is HEREBY
