A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT IN SUNSHINE
PLAZA, 4273 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, REQUESTED BY
SUNSHINE DINER, INC. , PETITION *25-2-89 r AND
PROVIDTNG AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
a sit-down restaurant in Sunshine P]-aza, 4273 W. Commercial
Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing thereon and has recommended approval of this
application; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and Lhe public
has been given an opportunity to express their views
concerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac f inds t.hat
the pet.ition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAE, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of a sit-down restaurant in Sunshine
PLaza, 42'13 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, requested by
Sunshine Diner, Inc., is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
Subject to alI conditions of the City Code.
