PETTTION #28-2-89 i AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit expansion 8-feet
into the adjacent store in Shephard plaza, 7L30 North
University Drive, Tamarac, reguested by Deli Tyme Restaurant;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
meeting thereon and has recommended approval of this
application; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views
concerning the application for special exceptioni and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the Citlz of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAI'IARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the expansion of 8-feet into the adjacent store in
Shephard P1aza, 7L30 North University Drive, Tamarac,
reguested by Deli Tyme Restaurant is HEREBY APPROVED.
