A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUT]ON R-89_228, WHICHREVISED THE PAY PLAN OF A PART TIME STRUCTURALPI,ANS EXAMINER, AND PROV]DING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution R-89-228 was approved on September
13, 1989, revising the pay plan of a part time Structural
Plans Examiner; and
WHEREAS, there was an inadvertent error in the Pay Plan
Range and Step.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That Section 1- of Resolution R-89-228 is
amended to read as follows:
ISECTION 1: That the City Council hereby authorizes
revision of the Pay Plan of a part time Structural Plans
Examiner from Pay Plan 8, Range 24 to Pay Plan 5, RanEe-28
Range 73 Step A. rr

SECTION 2: A11 other portions of Resolution R-89-228
shal1 remain in fu1l force and effect.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shaI1 become effective
immediately upon its passage.
