A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL A WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY MITCHE. DOMIN FOR THE 84th TERRACE SHOPPES PROJECTPUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS' AND PROVIDlNG AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Mitch E. Domin, as Principal, with Norstar Bank, as
Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit #N4872 in the
amount of 510,383.53 to guarantee public improvemenEs associated
with the 84th Terrace Shoppes project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and.
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and
correct.
SECTION 2: That Letter of Credit #N4872 i.n the amount of
S10,383,63 posted by Mitch E. Domin, as Principal, and Norstar Bank,
as Surety, is hereby ca11ed by the City of Tamarac, October 25,
1989.
SECTION 3:This Resolution shall become effective upon
