SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR MTSSION LAKES A/K/A CORAL
CREEK, AND PROVTDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECT]ON 1:That the Bill of Sale Absolut.e offered. by
fcon Development Corporation for the water distribuEion and sewage
collection system for Mission Lakes A/K/A Coral Creek is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida.
