RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATIONTO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF' COMMUN]TYAFFAIRS CONCERNING AN UPDATE OF THE LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE|; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECI'] :

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T'HE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1:That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to submit a Grant application to the Florida
Department of community Affairs concerning a Grant to update
the Land Development code in t.he amount of $33,061.00, a copy
of said application being attached hereto as rrExhibit. 1".
SECTION 2z This Resolution shal1 become effective upon
