A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZlNG THE APPROPRIATEC]TY OFFICIALS TO TIXF]CIJTE AN AGREEMENTWITH CUES, INCORPORATED, FOR THE SOLE
SOURCE PURCHASE OF ONE THOUSAND (1,OOO)
FEET OF STEEL MULTI CONDUCTOR TELEVISTON
CABLE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION ]-:That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute an Agreement. wiEh Cues, Incorporated for a
sole source purchase of one thousand (L,000) feet of steel multi
conductor television cable for television viewing of sewer mains
in the amount of #3,845.00, a copy of said agreement being attached
hereto as "Exhibit 1'.
SECTION 2: This Resolution sha11 become effective upon
adopt ion.

AGREEI',IENT BETWEEN
THE
CITY OF TAMARAC
AND
CUES INCORPORATED
RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF
T.V. CABLE
This is an Agreement between the City of Tamarac, a
Florida municipal corporation ( "City" ) , and Cues, Incorporated
a Florida corporation, it's successors and assigns ("Cues,
Incorporated" ) .
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has determined that it must
purchase one thousand (1r000) feet of steel multi-conductor
T.V. cable to replace badly worn cable on Cues Video Van at
Tamarac Utilities West; and
WHEREAS, the required steel multi-conductor T.V. cable
must be of a type directly replaceable with cable currently
installed in video van used to television viewing of sewer
mains for water infiltration and, therefore be desired as
Sole Source cable for purchase by the City; and
WHEREAS, Section 9-39 of the City of far6arac Code of
Ordinances requires that sole source purchases in an amount
over two thousand (#2,000.00) dollars be the subject of a
formal written contract approved by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual- terms and
conditions, promises, covenants and payment hereinafter set
forth "City" and "Cues, Incorporatedr" agree as follows:
1. That the above recitals are incorporated herein and
are made a part of this Agreement.
2. Cues, Incorporated agrees to provide and the "City"
to purchase one thousand (1r000) feet of steel multi-
conductor T.V. cable, manufactured for Cues Van used
for television viewing of sewer mains at a total cost
of three thousand eight hundred and forty-five
( $3,845 ) dollars.
