A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATECITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT W]THAZCO EQUTPMENT CORPORATION PERTAINTNG TOTHE SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF A DOUBLE W]DETRAILER, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECI'ION 1 :That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to execute an Agreement with Azco Equipment corporation
pertaining to the soLe source purchase of a 24 foot x 40 foot
trailer which currently houses ttre Fire Prevention Bureau for a
total purchase price of S1G,865.00, a copy of said agreement being
attached hereto as "Exhibit 1',.
SECTION 2t This Resolution sha11 become effective upon

TO
DOUBLE-WIDE TRAILER
This is an Agreement between the city of Tamarac, a
FLorida munlcipal corporation ( "city" ), and Azco Eguipment
corporation, a Fl-orida corporation, 1ts successors and as-
signs ( "Azco Equipment Corporation" ).
WTTNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the city of Tamarac has determined that it
would be a wise business investment to purchase the doubl-e-
wide trailer lwhich now houses the Tamarac Fire prevention
Bureau) versus contlnued rental of same; and
WHEREAS, the trailer desired for purchase is located at
the rear of Tamarac Fire station #r and has housed the Fire
Prevention Bureau for the past year, and therefore, is con-
sidered as the sole Source for purchase by the city; and
WHEREAS, sectj-o: 9-39 of the city of Tamarac code of
ordlnances requlres that sore source purchases in an amount
over two thousand (g2,ooo.oo) dorl-ars be the subject of a
formal-, written contract approved by the city council_.
NOW, THEREFORE, rN CONSIDERATION of the mutua]. terms and
conditions, promises, covenants and payments hereinafter set
forth "city" and "Azco Equipment corporation", agree as
fol-l-ows:

and are ma,le a part of this Agreement.
Azco Equiplnent Corporation agrees to provide and
the "City" to purchase one (I) double-wide trailer
(24 x 40' office trailer, Serial *C1321 A & B).
The "Clty" and Azco Equipment Corporation agree
that the above-guoted price shal_1 lnclude the
trailer sold "As Is - Where Is" at a total_ cost of
sixteen thousand eight hundred slxty five ( $tG,865 )
dol-Iars.
