A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPEC]AL USEEXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF ADRY CLEANING BUSINESS AT 71,I4UhIIVERSITY DRIVE (TAUTT,Y MART SHOPP]NGCENTER), TAMARAC, REQUESTED BY EUGENERICHARDS, PETITION #33-Z_89, ANDPROVIDING AND EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the operation of a dry
cleaning business at 7LLA University Drive (Family Mart Shopping
Center) requested by Eugene Richardsi and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public meeting
thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public been given
and opportunity t.o express their views concerning the application for
special exception; and
WHEREAS, the council of the city of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the city of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORTDA:
SI:CTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit Ehe
operation of a dry cleaning business requested by Eugene Richards at
7LL4 university Drive (Family Mart shopping center), petition #33- z-
89, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2:Conditions of approval:
subject to approval- by the krvironnentar euality controt Board
SECTION 3:This ResoLution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
