PROVIDING AN EF'FECTIVE DATE.
BE IT'RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE C:]T'Y OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECT']ON 1:Ttrat the appropriate City Of f icial s are hereby
authoriz,ed to execute an Anrendment to the Agreement with the State
of Florida Department of Natural F-esources for the Tamarac Multi-
Purpose Center, project #FBB-046/FBg-072, Department of Natural
Resources Contract #C-58-71, relat irrg to acceptance of a
$250,000.00 Grant for the 1989-t990 Fiscal Year, a copy of said
agreement being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1'.
SECTION 2 z That the City Clerk is hereby author ized and
directed to record said agreement in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective upon

Amendment to Agreement
This Amendment entered into on A6/*-)7 1989,
serves to amend portions of the Agreement, dated June L, 1989, bY
and between the Department of Natural Resources, hereinafterreferred to as DEPARTMENT, and the City of Tamarac, hereinafterreferred to as GRANTEE, for the recreational project known as
Tamarac Uulti-Purpose Center, Project #F88-O46.
IT IS WITNESSETH that in and for the mutual covenants
between the DEPARTMENT and the GRANTEE, it is agreed that thefollowing amendments shall apply to the above referenced
