A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTEDFOR WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS BY FN PRODUCTS,INe., F/K/A NATIONWTDE NETWORK MORTGAGE COMPANY
FOR THE WOODLAND PLACE PROJECT, AND PROVIDING ANEFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, FN Products, Inc., f/k/a Nationwide Network
Mortgage company, as Principa}r and safeco rnsurance company of
Americar ds surety, has filed with Ehe city Bond No. 550-6678 in
the amount of 529,288.00 posted for water and sewer improvements
for the Woodland P1ace project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfact.orily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TA],IARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the Bond No. 550-667 8 posted by FN
Products, Inc., f/k/a Nationwide Network Mortgage Company, as
Principal, and safeco rnsurance company of America, as surety, in
the amount of 529,288.00 for water and sewer improvements for the
Woodland Place project, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shal1 become effect 11/e
immediately upon adoption.d-
