NOTICE OF WORKSHOP MEETING
CITY COMMISSION OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
There will be a Workshop Meeting of the City Commission on Monday, November 7,
1994, at 9:30 a.m., in Conference Room #1 of Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88
Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.
Discussion will be held on the following subjects:
1. Charter Review.
2. Advance Life Support (ALS) License.
3. City Attorney Review.
This meeting is open to the public. In the event this agenda must be revised, such
revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.

NOTICE OF ATTORNEY -CLIENT SESSION
The above noticed Workshop Meeting shall be recessed at *11:00 a.m., November
7, 1994, for an attorney -client session for approximately one-half hour to discuss
pending litigation, City of Tamarac v. International Association of Fire Fighters, Local
3080, 94-13072 (03), attended by Mayor Abramowitz, Vice Mayor Katz,
Commissioner Machek, Commissioner Mishkin, Commissioner Schreiber, City Attorney
Mitchell S. Kraft, City Manager Robert S. Noe, and Robert Soloff, Special Counsel.
This meeting shall take place pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S. At the
conclusion of the Attorney -Client Session, the workshop meeting will be reconvened.
