NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COMMISSION OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
February 21, 2006
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Commission at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2006, in
Conference Room 105 at Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, FL. The purpose of this
meeting is that the City Attorney desires advice concerning litigation regarding Britt v. Tamarac, Broward
County Circuit Court Case No. 00-19741 (18), 41h District Court of Appeal No. 4D05-1709.

NOTICE OF ATTORNEY -CLIENT SESSION
Pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.011(8)(2005), there will be an attorney -client session concerning Britt v.
Tamarac, Broward County Circuit Court Case No. 00-19741 (18), 4th District Court of Appeal No. 4D05-
1709, at approximately 8:30 a.m, on Wednesday, February 22, 2006, attended by Mayor Joe Schreiber,
Vice Mayor Beth Flansbaum-Talabisco, Commissioner Edward C. Portner, Commissioner Marc L.
Sultanof, Commissioner Karen L. Roberts, City Attorney Samuel S. Goren, Assistant City Attorney Michael
D. Cirullo, Jr., and City Manager Jeffrey L. Miller.
The special meeting of the City Commission will be recessed for this session. These officials shall meet
in private for approximately one-half hour. At the conclusion of the attorney -client session, the special City
Commission meeting will be reconvened.
In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City
Commission meeting.
Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the
City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he may need to
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is based.
