ANNOUNCEMENT of the percentage increase (decrease) in proposed millage rate over (under) the rolled -back rate necessary to fund the General Fund budget for FY 97 and the specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased. 2. PUBLIC HEARING on the final millage rate for FY 97. 3. PUBLIC HEARING on the final General Fund and other Fund budgets for FY 97. " 4. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Reso. #7514 (ONLY CHANGE IS TEMP. RESO. #) adopting the millage for the 1996 tax roll; levying a tax for general operations on all properties for FY 97; and levying a tax for the payment of principal and interest for bonded indebtedness. * 5. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp, Reso. #7515 (ONLY CHANGE IS TEMP. RESO. #) making appropriations for FY 97 based on the operating and capital improvement budget estimate of revenues and expenditures for each of the City's funds. * 6. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Reso. #7516 (ONLY CHANGE IS TEMP. RESO. #) adopting the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the five year period beginning with FY 97. The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. All meetings are open to the public. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting. Carol A.
