NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COMMISSION OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Commission at 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, December
10, 2014 in Conference Room 105 at Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, FL.
The purpose of this meeting is that the City Attorney desires advice concerning litigation
regarding

NOTICE OF ATTORNEY -CLIENT SESSION
Pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.011(8), there will be an attorney -client session at 5:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, December 10, 2014 attended by Mayor Harry Dressler, Vice Mayor Pamela
Bushnell, Commissioner Michelle J. Gomez, Commissioner Diane Glasser, Commissioner
Debra Placko, City Attorney Samuel S. Goren, Assistant City Attorney Michael Cirullo, City
Manager Michael Cernech and a Certified Court Reporter to discuss the following: Jeffrey
Passman, et al v. State of Florida, et al, United States District Court for the Northern District of
Florida, Case No. 4:14-CV-00578-RH-CAS.
The special meeting of the City Commission will be recessed for this session. At the conclusion
of the attorney -client session, the special City Commission meeting will be reconvened.
In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at
the City Commission meeting.
I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Tamarac is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted
said Notice on the bulletin board in City Hall, a place convenient and readily accessible to the
general public, and said Notice was posted on November 26, 2014.
