NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING BONDS TO FINANCE
RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROJECTS
FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY
Please be advised that a fact finding hearing has
been scheduled by the Florida Housing Finance Agency on
Tuesday, July 16, 1985 beginning at 10:30 A.M. in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 5811 NW 88th Avenue,
Tamarac, Florida. -
The purpose of this hearing concerns issuance of
bonds to finance the acquisition rehabilitation and/or
construction of GREENVIEW APARTMENTS. This is a 123
unit complex located cn the west side of 100th Avenue,
one-half (1/2) mile east of the Sawgrass Expressway in
Tamarac.
The sponsor of this project is Cardinal Industries,
Inc. 3701 South Sanford Avenue, Sanford, Florida. The
aggregate face amount of Bonds issued for this project will
not exceed $6,000,000.
All interested parties are invited to submit written
comments and/or present oral comments at the public hearing.
Written comments should be received by the Housing Finance
Agency on or before Friday, July 12, 1985. Any person de-
siring to present oral comments should appear at the hearing.
The public is encouraged to attend.

Please be advised the Fact Finding Hearing scheduled by the
Florida Housing Finance Agency on Tuesday, July 16, 1985 at
10:30 A.M. has been cancelled.
This office has been notified by Mr. Jeffrey Kiss of the
Florida Housing Finance Agency that Cardinal Industries has
withdrawn its application for issuance of bonds to finance
the acquisition rehabilitation and/or construction of GREENVIEW
APARTMENTS.
