W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida. 1. Tamarac Utilities - West - Budget - Temporary Ordinance #823 - Discussion and possible action to adopt a Utility Fund West Budget for Fiscal Year 1980/81. Second Reading. The City Council may consider such other business as may come before it. The public is encouraged to attend. Carol A. Evans Assistant City Clerk /1c CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST, BUDGET OCTOBER 14, 1980 CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Falck called the Meeting to order on Tuesday October 14, 1980 at 9:00 A.M., in the Council Chambers. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Walter W. Falck Councilwoman Marjorie Kelch Councilman Irving Disraelly ALSO PRESENT: Finance Director,Steve Wood Asst. Finance Director,Bob Hoyt Barry Magnes, T. Utilities West City Engineer, Larry Keating City Manager,Edward A. Gross City Attorney, Arthur M. Birken ABSENT AND EXCUSED: Vice Mayor Helen Massaro Councilman Irving Zemel Mayor Falck read the official Notice of the Meeting. 1. Tamarac Utilities - West - Budget - Temporary Ordinance #823 - Discussion and possible action to adopt a Utility Fund West Budget for Fiscal Year 1980/81. Second Reading. SYNOPSIS OF ACTION: Temp. Ord #823, ORDINANCE NO. 0- Q-/4a passed. Utility Fund Budget for 1980/81 Approved on Second Reading. VOTE City Manager Edward Gross read Temporary Ordinance #823. Mayor Falck opened the discussion to the Public, and closed it because there was no one from the Public who wished to speak on the subject. City Manager Gross stated, for the record, that the Budget includes in the items all items which are required by the Bond Issue to be covered in the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1980. Councilwoman Ketch MOVED that Temporary Ordinance #823 be approved on second and final reading. Councilman Disraelly SECONDED the Motion. ALL VOTED AYE. The Meeting was duly adjourned at 9:10 A.M.
