NOTICE OF
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING
TAMARAC, FLORIDA
There will be a Special Meeting/Public Hearing of the City
Council on Monday, April 15, 1985, at 5:05 P.M. in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 5811 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac,
Florida, to hold public hearings on the following items:
1. Temp. Ord. #1179 - Discussion and possible
action to repeal Section 28-86.1 of the Code
(Ordinance 84-60) entitled "Special Exception
for Four (4) Story Structures in R--4A Zoning
Districts". Second Reading.
2. Temp. Ord. #1180 - Discussion and possible
action to repeal Section 28-194.1 of the
Code (Ordinance 84-72) entitled "Administrative
Reductions to Setback and Yard Requirements".
Second Reading.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the city
Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or
hearing, he will need a retard of the proceedings and for such
purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record includes
the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Mr. Henning noted that the latest draft is a revision from
4/l/85.
Mayor Kravitz opened the public hearing. Vickie Beech, resident,
asked if this Ordinance specifies that no 4--story buildings will
be permitted and Mayor Kravitz said that was correct and closed
the public hearing with no further response.
V/M Massaro MOVED APPROVAL of on second and
final reading, SECONDED by C/M Gottesman.

Section 28-194.1 of the Code (Ordinance 84-72) entitled
"Administrative Reductions to Setback and Yard Requirements".
Second Reading.
APPROVED ORDINANCE NO. 0-85-14 PASSED.

Mayor Kravitz opened and closed the public hearing with no re-
sponse.
