Temp. Ord. #1179 - Discussion and possible action to repeal Section 28-86.1 of the Code (Ordinance 84-60) entitled "Special Exception for Four (4) Story Structures in R--4A Zoning Districts". Second Reading. 2. Temp. Ord. #1180 - Discussion and possible action to repeal Section 28-194.1 of the Code (Ordinance 84-72) entitled "Administrative Reductions to Setback and Yard Requirements". Second Reading. The public is encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the city Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a retard of the proceedings and for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Mayor Kravitz opened the public hearing. Vickie Beech, resident, asked if this Ordinance specifies that no 4--story buildings will be permitted and Mayor Kravitz said that was correct and closed the public hearing with no further response.
