CITY OF TAMARAC
SPECIAL/EMERGENCY CITY COMMISSION MEETING
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4, 1999
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Schreiber called the special/emergency meeting to
order on Wednesday, August 4,1999, at 3:30 P.M. in Conference Room #105 of
Tamarac City Hall, 7525 Northwest 88t" Avenue, Tamarac, FL.
PRESENT: Mayor Joe Schreiber, Vice Mayor Larry Mishkin, Commissioner
Edward C. Portner, Commissioner Marc L. Sultanof, and Commissioner Karen L.
Roberts.
ALSO PRESENT: Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager, Mitchell S. Kraft, City
Attorney and Carol Gold City Clerk.
There was discussion about the purpose of the meeting, and whether the
meeting was premature. City Manager Noe stated that he has not resigned as of
this time. Vice Mayor Mishkin said he requested the meeting because he did not
want inaccurate information to spread.
There was discussion about City Manager Noe's impending resignation, and it
was decided not to do anything until he officially resigns.
There being no further business, Mayor Schreiber adjourned the meeting at 3:55
PM.
