A RESOLUTION RELEASING A LETTER OF CREDIT
POSTED BY UNIVERSITY REALTY ASSOCIATES FOR
UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY MEDICAL PLAZA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Irrevocable Commercial Letter of Credit #314 in the Amount of
$61,200 was posted by University Realty Associates, as principal
through Florida Coast Bank for security for installation of a
positive outfall drainage line at 7401 North University Drive
University Community Medical Plaza.
The City Engineer has found that the work is not necessary to be
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this da of 1981.
