RESOLUTION 2012-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORTS
FOR THE STATE HOUSING INITIATIVE PARTNERSHIP FOR
THE CLOSE OUT REPORT FY 2009/2010 AND THE INTERIM
REPORTS FOR FY 2010/2011 AND FY 2011/2012; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the
"City"), receives annual funding from the State Housing Initiative Partnership
("SHIP") Program; a n d
WHEREAS, the City is required to submit annual reports to the Florida
Housing Finance Corporation regarding the expenditure of SHIP funds pursuant to
Section 420.9075(10), Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it to be in the best interests of the
citizens and residents of the City to approve and submit the Annual Reports under
the SHIP Program the Close Out Report for Fiscal Year 2009/2010, and the Interim
Reports for Fiscal Years 2010/2011, and 2011/2012 which are attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", Exhibit "B", and Exhibit "C", respectively, and incorporated herein by
reference.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this
Resolution.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida hereby
certifies, approves,
Partnership ("SHIP")
and authorizes the filing of the State Housing Initiative
Annual Reports for the Close Out Report Fiscal Year
2009/2010, and the Interim Reports for Fiscal Years 2010/2011, and 2011/2012,
which are attached hereto as Exhibit "A", Exhibit "B", and Exhibit "C", respectively,
and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to provide a certified copy of
this Resolution along with the City's SHIP Program Annual Reports and Interim
Reports to the appropriate governmental officials.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions on in conflict herewith be,
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 5. If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or
invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
or applications of this Resolution.

Section S. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage and adoption.
