It is our understanding that your firm is a tenant on a portion of the above described property pursuant to the following documents: Communication Site Lease Agreement (Ground) dated August 21, 2000, First Amendment to Communications Site Lease Agreement (Ground) dated March 2, 2001, Second Amendment to Communications Site Lease Agreement (Ground) dated September 5, 2001, and Amendment No. 3 dated January 21, 2004. Please allow this letter to serve as written notice to you, as Lessee, of the assignment of the above referenced lease/amendments by your prior Lessor, Tamarac Jewish Center, Inc. For your records enclosed please find a copy of the Warranty Deed conveying the subject property to the City of Tamarac and a copy of the Assignment of Leases (executed in counterparts) whereby your prior Lessor, Tamarac Jewish Center, Inc. assigned its rights under the above referenced lease/amendments to you new Lessor, the City of Tamarac.
