Dear Mr. Miller:
1 have received the AGREEMENT ADENDUM # 2 related to the County and Tamarac HHW Collection
Agreement. Please note that execution by the County (County Mayor) is not required. My written notice
dated April 6, 2007 documented the Contract Administrator's written notification of extension. The
City's Resolution No. R-2007-70 constitutes the City's consent, as required by Article 4. We have
retained the Resolution for our records.
We welcome the City's active participation in this program and look forward to providing the related
services in 2007-08.

AGREEMENT ADDENDUM #2
BETWEEN THE CITY OF TAMARAC AND
BROWARD COUNTY
The CITY OF TAMARAC (City), a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, with
principal offices located at 7525 NW 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida, 33321, and Broward
County (County), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, with principal offices located at
115 South Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33301, agree as follows:
The parties named above entered into an agreement for Household Hazardous Waste
Collection Events on August 25, 2004. Per the terms of Article 4 (Term) of the original
Agreement dated August 25, 2004, the Agreement may be extended for up to two (2) additional
one year periods upon the approval of the County and consent of the City. The first extension
was requested by the County and approved by the City on June 14, 2006. The County has
requested the second such one (1) year extension of the Agreement. This second addendum
will become effective on the expiration of the first extension to the original Agreement, June 27,
2007 and will expire on June 27, 2008.
The purpose of this Amendment is to provide for the extension of the Agreement term
through June 27, 2008, as mutually agreed by the City and the County herein;
All other provisions of the original agreement remain in effect as written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby have made and executed this Agreement
Addendum on the respective dates under each signature, the City of Tamarac signing through
its City Manager and the County, signing by and through its County Commissioners, duly
authorized to execute same.
