CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-2006--a,3_
A SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA, AMENDING EXHIBIT "A" OF
RESOLUTION R-2004-63; AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO AMEND THE
PROJECT BUDGET AS NECESSARY; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution R-2004-63 Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds
Series 2004, was adopted by the City Commission on March 12, 2004. That
resolution included Exhibit "A" which describes the specific projects ("The
Project") to be funded by the bond proceeds; and
WHEREAS, the language and contents of the body of Resolution R-2004-
63 remain unchanged and only public purpose projects ("The Project") described
by Exhibit "A" have changed; and
WHEREAS, due to the efforts of staff in acquiring additional sources of
revenue for the projects, it is now necessary to revise and restate the public
purpose projects to be funded by the described bond proceeds; and
WHEREAS, the Supplemental Resolution and Exhibit "A" Amendment
Number 1 revision is provided for in section 7.01(6) of resolution R-2004-63; and
WHEREAS, the Utilities Director, the Public Works Director and the
Director of Financial Services recommend approval of the Exhibit "A"
amendment; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida deems it
to be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to
approve the amendment to Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA THAT:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are HEREBY
ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific
part of this Resolution upon adoption hereof.
SECTION 2: Exhibit "A" as attached originally to resolution R 2004-
63 is hereby replaced in its entirety by the attached document titled: Exhibit "A",
Amendment Number 1. The balance of Resolution R-2004-63 shall remain
unchanged.
SECTION 3: To provide for the appropriate City officials to make
any and all necessary changes to the project budgets.
SECTION 4: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith are HEREBY repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or
invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions or applications of this Resolution.

SECTION 6: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

EXHIBIT "A" Amendment Number
THE PROJECT
The Project will consist of the acquisition, construction and equipping of capital improvements
to the Issuer's water and wastewater utility system and stormwater utility system and related
capital expenditures, including, but not limited to, disinfection facilities, a two million gallon
storage tank and pump station, east side water distribution replacement and upgrade, and other
capital improvements with respect to the Issuer's water and wastewater utility system and C-14
stormwater pump stations, capital improvements provided in the Issuer's stormwater master
plan, Boulevards drainage improvements, North West 57th Street drainage construction, 70th
Ave stormwater drainage improvements, Southgate Blvd stormwater drainage improvements,
stormwater canal boat ramp construction, main street stormwater drainage, and other capital
improvements with respect to the Issuer's stormwater utility system.
