CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-99-167
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPOINTING TWO (2)
REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING BOARD FOR
THREE-YEAR TERMS TO EXPIRE APRIL 15, 2002;
APPOINTING ONE (1) REGULAR MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING BOARD TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM FOR
ONE (1) YEAR ENDING APRIL 15, 2000; AND
APPOINTING TWO (2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE
PLANNING BOARD FOR ONE-YEAR TERMS ENDING
APRIL 15, 2000; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of appointing two (2) regular
members; appointing one (1) regular member to the Planning Board to fill an unexpired
term for one (1) year, and two (2) alternate members to the Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk and Community Development Director recommend
approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, deems it to be in
the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to appoint members
to the Planning Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing WHEREAS clauses are hereby ratified and

confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this
Resolution.
SECTION 2: That pursuant to Section 24-61 of the City of Tamarac Code of
Ordinances, the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members of
the Planning Board for three-year terms to expire April 15, 2002:
Saul I. Gass
Morton Winter
SECTION 3: That pursuant to Section 24-61 of the City of Tamarac Code of
Ordinances, the following person is HEREBY APPOINTED as a regular member of the
Planning Board to fill an unexpired term for one (1) year.
Harvey_Kram
SECTION 3: That the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as alternate
members of the Planning Board for one-year terms to expire April 15, 2000:
Donald C. Imbriale
Michael S. McCampbell
SECTION 4: All Resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is
held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this

Resolution.
SECTION 6: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
