CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-95-LQ 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC APPOINTING FOUR (4) MEMBERS TO FILL
THE AMBULANCE COMMITTEE VACANCIES; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
_P_.ROVIOING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission acknowledges that four (4) vacancies
exist on the Ambulance Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has announced these vacancies at public
meetings; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of appointing four (4)
members to the Ambulance Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific part of this
Resolution.
SECTION 2: That pursuant to Section 2-234 of the Code, the following
persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as members of the Ambulance Committee for

terms to expire June 20, 1995:
Fred Adler
Nathan Feder

Harry Dillman
Marvin Seidel
SECTION 3: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional
or invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions or applications of this Resolution.
SE TION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
